Every Business Strategy should consider a Vision for three to five years and the Values we plan to stand for:

  • What will celebrate in that time? What will success feel like, professionally and personally?
  • What will be our value proposition to our customers and our consumers? What makes us distinct from our competitors and how can we make that clear to our customers?
  • What business values do we aspire to define our culture, and what will be the tell-tale signs when this is not evident?
